Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. All that your body needs to do is lie down on the floor. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation and can calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.

*Warm class (about 90 degrees)

Yin is for everybody! Postures are held at the edge and then props are used to stay in the posture. Yin yoga targets bones, tendons, disks, fascia and ligaments. The sequence will change depending on the teacher's focus for that class. Most postures are done seated or reclined.
